We are extremely pleased with the V2B system and saw substantial savings immediately. Just like most businesses today it is important for our clients to be able to reach us at all times which used to be a problem during extreme weather conditions. With V2B we can easily re-route calls at a moments notice to any of our branch locations/home based agents with it being transparent to our clients. V2B has been a life saver in this capacity. I also had two really great experiences with your technicians Joe and Tommy that you sent out to Schindler in NY....both technicians were very skilled and knowledgeable and they both communicated with me each step of the way with what they were doing and helped us understand our system a little better, of course as you know we are a bit of a needy customer and I am always calling to open more tickets, order more phones and to get things set up or fixed (even after the technician just left the building). It is really nice to have a good relationship with all of you and your mechanics that we trust and enjoy working with and can request by name! I hope that you can pass on our experience to all of your supervisors as well! I know there is more negativity these days and its always good to get some positive feedback once in a while! I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new telephone system from Avaya. Not only is the system everything that we expected, but the conversion from our old system went smoother than we ever imagined. TJ and the rest of his staff had everything prepared prior to the cut over, and we were up and running on the new system in minutes. TDS provided outstanding customer service and technical support during and after the installation of the systems. Our staff likes the feature of voicemail to email. It allows our staff to get voice mail messages instantly on our smartphones which helps increase efficiency with their schedule while in the field. The systems also allow us to use pc console on our computer to make and receive calls.
I have been building a relationship with TDS over the past three years of my tenure at CTI. Their staff are knowledgeable and experienced in the installation and maintenance of Avaya phone systems. In particular, I worked with Carin Brizzi to build a system for our non-profit in Princeton, which would suit our small business and facility needs. We are extremely pleased with our new Avaya equipment and the support we received for both the installation and training were excellent. I find Gary to be extremely hard working, with his customers best interest always first. He goes the 'extra' mile to make sure his solution is right for each of his customers. He takes it upon himself to continue learning about new technologies and services that come out almost daily in this industry and that's not an easy task.
Previously we thought that it would cost at least $500 per month to run a server and internet connection capable of supporting an in-house switchboard to enable our employees who work from home to connect to our business phone line. For a fraction of the cost, and not having to worry about maintaining equipment and software TDS has allowed us to do this. We can all answer and place outbound calls as well as transfer calls from VOIP phones purchased through TDS. Carin Brizzi is our sales rep and she fairly represented all costs and assisted us in getting up and running with their product. Definitely an excellent solution for small companies with off-site employees.
The VoIP phone system that TDS recommended is excellent. It has exceeded my expectations. Owning a small business I am constantly concerned about costs. This system is economical and efficient.
