Cybersecurity planning is what forms an organization’s Cybersecurity Program.  


A Program is a well-designed, well-executed and repeatable strategy. It’s a living breathing, constantly questioning process— not something to be dusted off every 6 or 12 months. It includes the entire organization: information technology AND the business.  The US Government refers to cybersecurity this way “we are currently in WWIII and our adversaries’ weapons are keyboards.”
