Telephone Diagnostic Services (TDS Inc) announced today its new partnership with Jersey Shore Gastroenterology Associates, P.A. The purpose of the partnership is to implement an Avaya IP Office solution to improve the communication system and reduce costs between the three Jersey Shore offices.

Jersey Shore Gastro needed a business-class phone system which would allow the company to route calls easily between locations, improve the overall customers experience when setting appointments with lower hold times, and reduce monthly telecommunications expenses.  The solution has built in redundancy to fail over to other offices in the event of an emergency, such as a power outage or severe storm.
